I really enjoyed and appreciated this recipe from momables.com. We used the Namaste GF mix and it was a tasty cookie that was easy to work and didn't expand too much! Perfect!

The kids came over yesterday. We watched the live-action version of The Lion King, the decorated a gingerbread house, cut out and decorated sugar cookies, and spent a good bit of time outside, too. It was a whirlwind!
