Basement Windows

Unfortunately, some house projects aren't very exciting. But they still need to be done and they add some value to the house. Our basement window replacement is a good example.

The old windows were....old. Probably original to the house. The windows were extremely thing and the seal was terrible. We opted to go with glass blocks because they are so heavy duty. Being so durable helps bugs and burglars out and cool/warm air in.

I also really appreciate the fact that they let light in without making the contents of the basement visible.

So that's our exciting-not-exciting house update for right now!
