Cody's Wedding
My sister, Cody, married her long-time boyfriend, Charlie on the 31st.
Yes, that means two of my siblings were married in one month!

I believe my dad said that his parents were married here, as was he and his siblings. Lots of family history here!
The pastor was a bit of a cut-up, which was amusing at first but quickly got old. Otherwise, he did a nice job and it was a good ceremony. Not rushed, but not overly long, either. Also, the interior of the church was really lovely.
After the ceremony we drove over to a large park in De Soto. The day had started out overcast, but by the time we started pictures it was sunny. All of the trees were blooming and the grass was a beautiful emerald green. Stunning!

There was a dinner up in the city, but Ben had a meeting at work (this was on a Wednesday) and Karen wouldn't be home in time to watch the boys so we all headed home.

"The Lord bless you
and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace."
Numbers 6:24-26
