Health Update: What I'm Taking Now

This is a day-in-the-life type of post, for my own records. All of the supplements I'm taking and things I'm doing are aimed at thyroid, adrenal, and liver support.

AM:

half a lemon squeezed into hot water

Breakfast (either scrambled eggs/avocado/salsa or a healthy smoothie)

Supplements: borage Oil, trimin, JuicePlus, ashwaganda or suma Root, vit. c, digestive enzyme, 10 drops each of various Des Bio drops, 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract, liver cleanser, methyl-folate

Large mug of green tea

Methyl-b12

1 tablespoon ACV in water

Lunch (leftovers from dinner, large salad, etc)

Supplements: borage Oil, JuicePlus, ashwaganda or suma Root, vit. c, digestive enzyme, 10 drops each of various Des Bio drops, 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract, liver cleanser

Workout (every 2/3 days)

Dry-brushing

Oil pulling while taking my detox bath

Snack (carrots and hummus, apple, trail mix, etc)

Dandelion tea w/molasses

1 tablespoon ACV

Dinner

Supplements:  borage Oil, vit. c, digestive enzyme, 10 drops each of various Des Bio drops, 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract, liver cleanser
