I've Got My Eye On...
Ben and I would like new dressers, but we don't want to pay a lot of $ for them. I stumbled upon this IKEA dresser upgrade on Centsational Girl and fell in love. These colors don't work for us, but I'm sure I could come up with something that fits the bill.
I need to find some silver heels for my sister's wedding. I want cute, moderate heels that don't cost much. How hard can that be? Very hard, as it turns out.
These are cute:
I want heels because I'm short, but I don't want high heels that cause me to wobble and totter all over. I want a cute, flirty look somewhere firmly in the middle of Old Lady and Stripper.
Speaking of shoes, I also need new shoes for working out. My current shoes are completely done for. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've used them for years. Probably about 6 years, in fact. I know that sounds crazy, but I only wear them when I'm working out. I only work out indoors. Therefore, they still look deceivingly great...they just have no padding left whatsoever. In fact, my arches hurt after walking in them. I've downgraded them to lawn-mowing shoes and am in the market for new kicks. I really like the idea of black:
None of that neon nonsense for me, if you please.
And last, but not least, I'm starting to look around for wedding attire for my boys. Have you seen how expensive boy's suits are?! Insane. Especially because they are lucky to attend one dressy event every other year or so. I thought this was cute without being too formal:
