Heart Wreath
Well over a year ago I made a heart-shaped book page wreath to grace the front door. There are several ways you can make them, mine was the scrunch method, like so:
I was really pleased with how it turned out and was amazed at how well the hot glue held! It was blown off the door several times and still hung on. However, the pages eventually yellowed so much that I knew it needed to be put out of it's misery. Then I saw this yarn covered wreath over at Bower Power and knew it was a sign. I already had everything on hand aside from fabric for the flowers....hmmm....what else could I shape into flowers...
...book pages? Done.
It's not as colorful as Katie's, but it's cute and free and was done in couple hours, tops.
