I Tried it and I Liked it: Almond Flour Biscuits
This biscuit recipe can be found over at The Nourishing Home.
I was really excited to find a biscuit recipe and this one has been used for many things! It's a great basic recipe that you can build on. Add in some herbs, garlic, and cheese, or cheese, diced pepperoni, and Italian herbs. You can come up with all kinds of sweet or savory combos! At some point I want to try adding in some diced strawberries. Or maybe diced apples and cinnamon. You get the idea.

And here's a biscuit being used for hamburgers:

The only change? I've seen a similar recipe and it doesn't call for baking powder. I'm going to omit that next time and see what happens.
