What Are You Looking For?

I think that, in life, we end up finding what we are looking for.
If you're looking for the worst in people and circumstances, you'll find it.
If you're looking for the best in people and circumstances, you'll find it.

Joy and a positive outlook are a choice. Day by day, minute by minute.
God does not ask us to do what we cannot and yet again and again his work commands us to
be joyful
be grateful
be full of praise
full of thanksgiving.

I don't think he would command these things of us if joy is based on personality alone and was beyond our ability to pursue.
