[/caption] This is what I made yesterday; homemade Oreos!! Yum! Or, to be correct, I guess I should call them "chocolate sandwich cookies". They don't taste like Oreos to me, but they are yummy and they are rich and filling. You can find the recipe here. These are hard with a filling that hardens up, so if you are expecting soft and fluffy - sorry!
